Referred to by its creators as the "Ultimate American Muscle Car" and teased in this single preview sketch, the Fisker-Galpin Auto Sports Rocket will be unveiled at the LA Auto Show. A joint effort between ex-Aston Martin designer Henrik Fisker and Galpin Auto Sports — the specialty/performance wing of the world’s largest Ford dealer – the Rocket features aggressively styled and contoured bodywork made of lightweight carbon fiber. No word yet on what lies under the Rocket’s hood or whether it’s based on an existing Ford platform – think 2015 Mustang -or has completely unique underpinnings. We’ll know all when the wraps come off on November 20th.
