Fresher styling, a new trim and enhanced features are part of the revamp to the 2020 Kia Sportage recently introduced by the Korean automaker. The new Sportage has a more aggressive look thanks to new front and rear fascias, redesigned headlamps with integrated LED turn indicators and projector beam foglamps. The front also features a new grille, air intake, front and rear skidplates and a new rear bumper and exhaust tip look.
Buyers will be able to opt for new LED headlamps and will be offered a choice of new wheel designs in 17-, 8- and 19-inch diameters. Also new is a Steel Grey metallic exterior color.

New S trim
The new S trim is positioned between the LX and EX models and features unique exterior and interior design elements. All three models are available with a standard 8-inch infotainment screen as standard equipment with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Also available are Sofino leatherette seating surfaces for the first time.
The model range includes two engines, a 2.4-liter direct-injection 4-cylinder making 181 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque, which can be found on the base LX, S and EX models. Also available is a 2.0-liter turbo 4-cylinder making 240 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque on the SX Turbo. All models are available with a choice of front- or all-wheel drive.

Driver assists available
New driver assist features offered for the first time on Sportage include driver attention warning, lane keep assist, smart cruise control with start and stop, forward collision assist with pedestrian detection and high beam assist.
What is the price of the 2020 Kia Sportage?
The base 2020 Kia Sportage LX starts at $23,990 for a front-drive model. The new Sportage S is priced from $25,990, the EX is $27,190 and the top line SX Turbo is $33,490. AWD on all trim levels adds $1,500. Delivery is $1,045.
