Mercedes has released pricing on its 2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 4-Door Coupe, which will start at $136,500. The high-performance sedan is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 making 577 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. It’s higher output sibling, the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S, makes 630 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque and is appropriately priced higher at $159,000. Both prices exclude $995 for delivery. Vehicles go on sale during the first half of 2019.
The high-end 4-door sports cars feature AMG Performance 4Matic+ all-wheel drive with an AMG Speedshift MCT single clutch 9-speed automatic. The Mercedes-AMG GT 63 Coupe can accelerate to 60 mph in just 3.3 seconds and has an electronically governed top speed of 193 mph. The AMG GT 63 S can spring to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds and has a 195-mph top speed.

In addition to a more powerful engine, the GT 63 S includes an AMG Performance Exhaust System and the AMG Dynamic Plus Package that includes active engine mounts, race mode, drift mode and drive unit steering. A less powerful AMG GT 53, which is powered by an inline 6-cylinder engine, will be introduced later in the year with pricing announced closer to its on-sale date.
