As part of the introduction of the all-new 2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe, the German auto maker is readying a special Edition 1 model with unique interior and exterior appointments. Among these features are an aerodynamic package, foil exterior trim and 21-inch wheels along with an upgraded interior with Nappa leather and carbon fiber accents.
The Edition 1 models will be on the flagship 2019 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S, which comes with a 630-horsepower twin turbo V8 engine. Helping to make the vehicle stand out, the aero kit incorporates a larger front splitter, an optimized rear diffuser and an adjustable rear spoiler. With the V8 power and aero enhancements, the AMG GT 63 S 4-Door Coupe is capable of a top speed of 195 mph and can accelerate to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds.

Pricing and details on the Edition 1 will be announced later. Mercedes said the AMG GT 63 and 63 S models will bow in the U.S. early next year, followed mid-year by the GT 53 variant.
