Ford’s luxury division has released pricing and packages for its upcoming 2017 Lincoln Continental, which will start at $45,485 for a Premiere version equipped with a naturally aspirated 3.7-liter V6 and front-wheel drive. Topping the line will be the Continental Black Label variant with a twin-turbo 3.0-liter/400 horsepower V6 and all-wheel drive which is priced from $69,105. All 2017 Continentals will have 6-speed automatic transmissions.

Overall, the new Continental will be available in four trim levels, Premiere, Select, Reserve and Black Label and offer five different powertrains. The Premiere comes with the 300-horsepower V6 in either front- or all-wheel-drive, the latter commanding $2,000 more than the base variant. Select models start at $48,440 for a 3.7-liter/front-drive version and $50,690 for a FWD example fitted with the 335-horsepower turbo 2.7-liter V6. AWD adds $2,000 to both. There are three Continental Reserve models. The two with 2.7-liter turbo power are priced at $54,840 for front-drive and $56,840 for all-wheel drive, while the top Reserve-spec Continental equipped with the 400-horsepower 3.0-liter V6 and AWD starts at $60,105. In addition to the 3.0-liter Black Label model, Lincoln will offer the top-line Continental in two 2.7-liter versions, a front-driver that starts at $63,840 and an AWD model that opens at $65,840.

High level of features

Premiere models include adaptive HID headlamps, rearview camera, dual zone automatic climate control, 18-inch wheels, remote and push button start, keyless entry, power tilt/telescoping steering column and a premium 10-speaker audio system.  Select models move up to 19-inch wheels, leather upholstery, wood inserts on the steering wheel, soft-close doors, illuminated sill plates and additional USB and a 110-volt power point. Reserve models are equipped with 19-inch polished aluminum wheels, blind spot warning with cross traffic alert, tri-zone climate control, head and cooled front seats, power rear-window sunshade, Sync3 with voice-activated touchscreen and MyLincoln mobile with an embedded modem. All Continental Black Label models ride on 20-inch wheels and feature a Revel Ultima sound system as well as one of three Black Label designer interior themes that match colors and materials including Venetian leather, natural wood or aluminized mesh trim. Black Label privileges also include free car washes, an annual vehicle detailing and remote delivery within 30 miles of a Lincoln Black label dealer.

According to Lincoln, more than 40,000 prospects have expressed an interest in the car. In announcing the pricing, the division also opened up the order books with deliveries expected this fall.
