2017 GMC Sierra HD All Terrain X Bows

This fall, GMC is expanding its line of limited edition All Terrain X trucks to include a version based on the Sierra HD. The Sierra HD receives significant updates for 2017, including the availability of the next-generation all-new Duramax 6.6-liter turbodiesel, with 445 horsepower and 910 lb-ft of torque, or a 6.0-liter gas V8.

The All Terrain X will be offered as a 4WD Sierra 2500HD Crew Cab with the Z71 off-road suspension package, and adds special off-road equipment plus monochromatic styling cues. The truck will ride on 18-inch black painted aluminum wheels with Goodyear DuraTrac MT-rated tires, and is offered in Black Onyx or Summit White.

Unique exterior accents

All Terrain X styling cues include a body-color grille with special insert, plus body-color door handles and body-side moldings; black power-folding towing mirrors with LED lighting; black bumper skid plate and B-pillars; black sport bar to hold available LED off-road lights; and 4-inch black side steps.

The 2017 Sierra 2500HD All Terrain X also comes with remote start, a remote locking tailgate, rear-view camera, GMC IntelliLink with an 8-inch touch screen, adjustable pedals, leather seats (heated up front), a heated steering wheel, park assist and wireless charging. There’s also a spray-on bed liner, Eaton automatic locking rear differential and an underbody shield, which is similar to a skid plate.

When the Sierra HD All Terrain X goes on sale this fall, it will join the GMC Sierra All Terrain X, which first went on sale as a 2016 model, and the GMC Canyon All Terrain X, which is new for 2017. Final pricing has not yet been announced for this latest edition of the division’s All Terrain X package.
