The latest in a seemingly endless run of profile-raising packages for it full-size pickup, the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Rally Edition was unveiled before heading off to Texas Motor Speedway to participate in a NASCAR-related promotion along with the previously released Silverado 1500 Realtree and Midnight Editions. The Silverado 1500 Rally Edition will be available in two versions starting later this month.

Both new Rally Edition variants share a common monochromatic paint scheme with black accents and bold striping on their hoods and flanks. Available on Silverado Custom Double Cab models, Rally 1 kit includes a 20-inch wheel/tire package while the Rally 2 is limited to LT-trim Double Cab or Crew Cab trucks with Z71 off-road packages. It features 22-inch wheels along with tubular assist steps. No word yet on pricing.
