I had a 2013 xts premium and traded it in at 11500 miles for 1he 2014 platinum model. I missed the hi/ low beam headlights in the 13 and wanted the adaptive cruise control as well. the 14 platinum interior is the best I have ever seen in a cad. I was in love with the 13 driving qualities and the 14 is even better. The Cue system is great and almost all leather interior is awesome. The cost to upgrade in 1 year was worth it!!!!! The ipad came in the 13 and really helped learn the cue system. I averaged 28-29 miles per gasllon on a 1500 mile road trip to Tucson and overall about 23 mpg on regular gas. I felt the 305 hp engine was more than adequate for my needs. Regular gas is a lot cheaper than hi octane needed for the turbo version. The exterior is excellent as well. I'll never drive anything but a caddy from now on.

I TRADED IN MY 2004 D.T.S IN 2013 FOR A BRAND NEW 2013 X.T.S. BEING TOLD X.T.S. WAS SAME CAR WHAT A MISTAKE, 6 TIMES BACK TO DEALER FOR RATTLES IN DASH. ALONG WITH SEATBELT SHOULDER BRACKETS, MAKING MORE RATTLES THAN A SHOPPING CART, FILLED WITH LOOSE PLUMBING FITTINGS IN HOME DEPOT, ALONG WITH QUATER PALELS SEPERATING. PLUS FOR ALL PEOPLE LIVING IN SUN BELT AREAS, THERE IS NO SUNSHADE FOR MOON ROOF. ONLY A SUN SCREEN WHICH LETS HEAT IN CABIN.. TRANSMATIN DOES NOT DOWNSHIFT PROPERLY, BETWEEN 2-1-GEARS.. RIDES VERY ROUGHF, MOTOR IS GREAT. BOTTOM LINE G.M. TOOK CAR BACK AFTER 6 TIMES OF TRYING TO FIX RATTLES, 51,000 DOLLARS AND NOTHING BUT AGERVATION..THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME CASH BACK G.M. CREDIT TOWARDS ANOTHER G.M. CAR.. WORKED FOR ME..GOT A 2014 CHEVY IMPLA LTZ,,BLOWS CADDY AWAY PLUS RIDE-BRAKES-WINDSHIELD- FIT FINISH BETTER..AND THEY DID FINALLY WRITE ME A CHECK..FOR BLANCE.. IF YOU CAN GET OVER NOT HAVING CADY BADGE, PUT THE MONEY IN YOUR POCKET.. MUST HAVE REARVIEW CAMERA W/CHEY.. PLUS YES CADDY SERVICE IS TO ME JUST HAS GOOD, OR CLOSE TO MY LEXUS SERVICE.. JUST TRYING TO SHARE MY EXPERIANCE..GIVE THE CHEVY A LOOK.. OH YES HAS A SUNSHADE WHICH IS GREAT...

Had to replace shocks but it was worth it
Wonderful car. I have zero complaints ! ❤️ 😍 Styling, interior, everything on it..wow..I always was told how good looking my car was. The only issue was a deer hit it and insurance totaled my XTS 😢 😭 I only had to replace the shocks at around 80k and Intergrity Cadallic did a superb job. It was pricey but the smooth ride I wanted back. Plus the infotainment screen was cracked and for 50 dollars Cadallic replaced because this was an issue for this vehicle. I 😍 🥰 loved the car. If I was at a better financial place I would buy another 1 in a minute. I brought mine with about 75k miles on it

Ride, handling, styling and comfort
CUE command system
Great car but I totally dislike the dashboard's CUE control center. Not easy to navigate and whenever I want to touch a command on the face of the screen, invariably, the car hits a bump and my finger will contact the wrong command icon or function I want.

Love my Cadillac. Looks beautiful, smooth and comfortable riding vehicle. Very luxurious. I have no complaints.

Great ride. Excellent power. Massive trunk. Super comfortable. Excellent gas mileage. I’ve owned this for 3 years and it’s a joy.
You get what you pay for it a Cadillac that smoke most more expensive cars like BMW Benz.. leaves them in dust powders them.
