Positive Review
I bought this car (my first) almost 5 months ago and I have no regrets. The handling is great (with the new tires I got for it), it gets pretty good MPG considering it's 18 years old, it has a 4.9L V8, and it weighs almost 2 tons (about 15 mpg city/ 17.5 highway). The interior is very nice with the power leather seats. Mostly all the features are powered (power steering, locks, windows, side-view mirrors) and has a very sophisticated (but slightly confusing)dash for its time. It has climate control, real-time mpg readout and digital engine information display, and cruise control just to name a few features. I definitely recommend reading the owner's manual before using the features. For the exterior, the color is very nice (burgundy) and the chrome trim gives the car a classy look. Out of all these good features, there are some cons. The dual exhaust is sagging a little but probably is an easy fix. She also can be temperamental when started a lot consecutively but have never had it not start. I also believe a sensor in the engine has malfunctioned because it says my oil pressure is low when its not. In the interior, the cupholders are in a very inopportune spot. Whenever I have drinks in them, I have a real hassle reaching to shift gears. One last thing is that due to its large size parking it can be a pain. I always park away from everyone else and pull through when i can. But all these problems are minor and come with the territory of buying an older car. I would still highly recommend this vehicle.

Good looker and driver
Can’t think of any
I bought my 95 STS from a IAA auction sight unseen. Picked it up and drive it 200 miles back home. It ran really good. Still does. One owner car and was taken care of really well. Has 133k miles. The color is diamond white with a dark blue interior. Never seen one like it. I always wanted a car like this since it came out.
Smooth comfortable ride
N/A
I very much enjoy the luxury of this vehicle. Automatic transmission (transaxle) shifts very smoothly and conveniently and on time. Great handling and steering. Amazing horsepower; Has "get up and go" at full stop and at higher speed. Comfortable leather seating with heated front seats and bucket seats in the back. Rear seating A/C control. Ash tray in front and in each rear door. Fun for touring and comfortable for cruisin' around. Intelligent by design with a digital display of necessary information on the dash (displays in words vital information). Has great Bose stereo system with Great sound and a multidisc changer in the trunk space. The trunk capacity is enormous. I would recommend this motor vehicle to anybody. All things considered this is a great model of Cadillac and is probably ahead of its time (at least back in 1997). This luxury sedan is a classic. -Details may vary depending on the factory package details.
Pure comgort leather seats.
Dont start.
It doesn't run not sure why, i don't have time nor cash to fix it. It has only 80,0000 orginal miles. The body is great inside n out.
Comfortable ride
No complaints!
Good condition:, Runs good, low mileage, clean, body in mint condition
Hella stylish, excellent sound system, powerful
hard to find
The events that lead to me getting this car are way to complicated to go into now but that isn’t important. By some miracle I have it and here are my experiences with it. I’m not a car person by any means but I can tell you this car is exactly what I want in one. First the sound system had to have been made for me, 12 DISC DC PLAYER that’s more than half the rush albums right there, the speakers are the best I’ve ever heard in a car (Neil Peart drum solos never sounded more epic). The seats are so freaking comfortable like it’s almost a bad thing because you could fall asleep in them if your not careful. And the car looks so cool, I can’t tell you how many times people have asked me about it or offered to buy from me, people will definitely stare especially if you got your music turned up really loud it’s really hilarious and I get a kick out of it. Also the car hauls man, if street racing was legal and like safe I’d totally race it or maybe go to a race track or something but man this car gets you from a to b like nothing else. Driving has never been this good. There really aren’t a whole lot of downsides to it except it’s hard to find them in good condition, I was lucky to get one that was in perfect condition so if you find one in good shape and at a good price go for it.
Powerful, Pretty, Stylish
Uses a lot of gas, Uses a lot of oil, an older car
This car has lasted me for over a year now.. I have gotten it in worse shape than when I bought it. It is probably one of the most comfortable cars I have ever sat in. As for power, this car definitely has power packed under the hood. With that much power comes great responsibility. I would have to put one quart of oil in the engine at least once a week in order for it to run as normal. The transmission is going out, which is why I dont drive the car anymore. Overall if you found this car in newer and awesome condition to buy it. I would love this car even more if it was in better condition. The gas mileage is absolutely terrible. A full tank of gas cannot last an entire week. Youll have to fill up at least twice dependent on your driving.I love the classic feeling of driving this Caddy.
Great looks, luxury at its best.
Repairs, Parts are expensive
I wouldnt trust repairs to anyone but a Cad dealership, and the cost is outrageous. I bought this car from original owners who had babied it. 20 years old but like new with very low miles. I now have 68,000 miles on it and just love it. Dark red, light leather interior, meticulous. Its a head turner.
Drives smoothly, very reliable, gets good gas mileage, comfy to drive/sit in, lots of trunk space
