If you compare this car by pricing, you would compare this with 3 series, A4, and G35, but from the size, you should compare this with 5 series, A6, E-Class and M35. Outside look can be either love it or hate it, but interior is by far the best in the class. Definitely a winner for the American automobile industry

Critical Review
This car has a defective transmission/torque converter. Please reference GM bulletin #PI0700B: Shudder Feel While Driving in 40-50 MPH Range - (Feb 20, 2013). Models include 2102 Cadillac CTS & 2012 Chevorlet Camaro. Cadillac has been unwilling to assist with the problem because they claim that it is not a recall, just a service bulletin. Please consider this when thinking about purchasing this car.

This has been a great car , still love it after 13 yrs, i discovered that it has been listed saying it was in an accident , not true , i am the only owner & driver.
4 new brakes, 4 michelin tires, new headlights, clean interior, dealer maintained since purchased when brand new. car is in excellent condition.

I bought my 2009 V sedan in 2019. Great car to own!!! I have absolutely NO regrets. The car is simply a rocket. 556 horses, mine is all stock. One of 82 made in Blue Diamond Tricoat with a White Titanium Interior with Suede inserts. The Blue Diamond Titanium package was a Special order. Warranty records tell us there were 82 of them, ONE of which, I am VERY Blessed to have in my Stable, along with my other 5 Collector cars. Thanks for looking!
Engine, drive train, style
Rear end whines but is solid up to 1200 hp..
The CTS-V is a great car. Most reliable car I have owned. Not easy on gas and takes premium. But it has all the power you could want. Easily upgraded to 800+ hp for a reasonable amount. Sounds great with the dual exhaust.
New tires, garage kept, no accidents. Oil changed every 3000 miles, detailed. Beautiful automobile 👍

The front end needs regular alignment.
I've owned my Cadi CTS PREMIUM since 2011. I love the style, the ride and the power it unleashes. 3.6 V6 PREMIUM that comes with 307 horse power. It gets up and goes on demand. Tires squealing and power is amazing. It's not a V but it's impressive when you get on it! Fast response yet not lacking in agility! Tight turns it hugs the road. No lean, comfortable smooth response! I'm a dedicated owner...13 years no problems. New tires, Brakes, front end ball joints replaced and ac rebuilt. SUPER DEPENDABLE! I WOULD DRIVE ACROSS COUNTRY IN A HEARTBEAT. When I leave it parked to shop or eat there are usually 1 or 2 people looking at it. I've removed the CTS AND V6 EMBLEMS so all you see is the Cadi emblem. What is it? People say. I get thumbs up and nods when I'm driving it. It's a good feeling to get compliments. I also had a XLR V 2012, at the same time as CTS. Both black. Cadillac sports cars are impeccable.

Very very well. Kept car extremely clean inside outside even underneath trunk very clean engine also clean everything works as it should paint. I’ve never had any problems with it.
