Positive Review

"The most comforatable vehicle I have owned"

I purchased this car new and added the few options available, diamond white paint, chrome wheels, moon roof, and the supercharged motor. It has seen two winters and has spent most of it's time in heated storage since. It has all kinds of power, rides smoothly with no rattles or outside noises. A big bonus is that it gets 28MPG on the highway One of the best ever made! Too bad Buick doesn't make them anymore.

Pros

This car is a keeper, were I to only have one car.

Best Car I have ever Owned
Pros

Style, comfort and power

Cons

Big car

We bought our Riv on ebay in 2007 from Texas with only 33,000 miles. We have owned it for 14 years with only a water pump to repair. Best car ever with all the options, sun roof, heated seats, steering wheel controls, supercharger and great gas mileage. The Riviera is a true highway star - you can float along for hours in great comfort. Our "Last Riv" has a timeless style and will become a classic. With the stealth nameplates and badges, people often look at the car and I know what they will ask "What kind of car is this? Its a great car !

These are awesome cars!!
Pros

Great looking, Unique appearance and fun to drive.

Cons

Factory alarm system can be problematic.

I am amazed at how well these Buick Rivs age when taken care of. Great leather, beautiful paint and just a rock-solid car to buy. I love the fact that the styling is a combination of retro and futuristic! I have always loved them back when they were new and I finally found the right one after all these years.

Lots of power and comfort!
Pros

Power, Luxury and Economical

Cons

Hard to gauge where front bumper is!

I love this car. My friend originally bought this car in Florida. It has a sun roof and is extremely comfortable on long trips. I love that this car is built extremely well. it is solid and rides like a dream. At 6,600 pounds it is also a safe car that would fair well in accident, luckily we never had to find out. It has cruise control and radio selection buttons on the steering wheel which are convenient. The supercharger gives it that get up and go you need for highway driving and the V6 is quite fuel efficient if you do not have a lead foot! We have had this car for about fifteen years and plan on keeping for another fifteen at least. It does need some cosmetic work and a few mechanical issues that can be easily resolved with a little TLC this car will last a very long time!

i bought this garage kept beauty from the original owner. it's diamond pearl white paint is gorgeous and goes well with the tan leather interior. the riviera is loaded with features like auto leveling, 4 wheel ABS disk brakes, traction control, heated leather power seats, climate control, supercharged, wood grain dash. it is an awesome super luxury coupe. i think i want to be buried in this car because these days it's cheaper than a casket!! lol

Reliable for 20+ years.
Pros

Very comfortable ride

Cons

Hard to find replacement parts

LOVE this 1995 Rivieria! Wish Buick would come out with a new version. Ride is still comfortable, and though the vehicle now has a few quirks (after 200,000+ miles), it has lasted longer than the 7 vehicles my husband has had during the same time period!
