Positive Review
There are no more poor excuses left to buy a Lexus when America can build a car like this. After 3 Lexi I had to try an American car and this one caught my eye. It's by far the quietest car I've ever been in and the interior detail is fantastic. The fuel economy has been better than the manf stated. Flawless paint job as well. Everywhere I go people ask me about this car.
Critical Review
I purchased this car almost a year ago after doing considerable research and comparisons to other 2012 vehicles. I read all the reviews and test drove two Lacrosse's before making a final purchase. From the beginning I have never felt comfortable driving this car because of the poor visability. The side posts of the car plus the head rests block a large area that leaves you blind when pulling out of an intersection or even my driveway. The sides of the car are so high that its hard to see medians that separate lanes and I have run over them twice because I couldn't see them. Traveling in heavy traffic is a bit daunting because you feel like you can't see all the cars around you even with the "blind spot" feature. The front end of the car drags my driveway every time I pull in and out. Also, the front is so low that if I pull too close to a concrete parking "stop" it scrapes the paint off the front of the car. THEN what I didn't know about and had no reason to ask is that this car does not come with a spare tire - not even a "doughnut". I recently ran over a nail on I-85 and barely made it to the next exit before the tire went flat. My only option was a can of Fix A Flat and a pump. No tire! Since I had a hole in my tire big enough that Fix A Flat wasn't going to take care of it, I had to be towed 27 miles to an APPROVED Buick/GMC dealership, passing a GMC dealership on the way that apparently was not APPROVED. The tire couldn't be repaired so I had to wait several hours while a tire from an APPROVED tire store could be found, transported to the dealership and put on my car. The flat tire happened at 8:30 a.m. and I got my car back at 1:30 in the afternoon with a cost of $250. With no spare tire, your choices are limited. I could have been stranded in a dangerous place or left waiting on the interstate until an APPROVED towing company could be found and dispatched. GMC apparently left off the spare tire to achieve better gas mileage. But this action could leave you stranded with no choice but to wait by the side of the road. My husband checked into purchasing a spare tire and at first was told there were none available even though there is a place in the trunk to put a spare tire. Now we are told that they are hard to get but the dealership can order us one for a price of nearly $600. My car has all the bells and whistles which are very nice, but I could do with less "bells" for better visability and my own spare tire. Think twice before you buy this one. I'm shopping for another vehicle WITH A SPARE TIRE!

Excellent value! Dependable! Comfortable!
A small bit of rust is starting by doors.
I've owned many new and used vehicles and this has been my favorite! I down graded from a new Tahoe to this vehicle after a divorce. I was so sad and it turns out this car has been excellent. It is awesome in the snow! It rides like a dream. I cannot say enough good things. Despite it being 10 years old, people still compliment my car all the time.

Replaced the Lincoln MKS with the Buick Lacrosse after an accident. The test drive really reminded me of the Lincoln. Basically Buicks version. The base model for 2013 is very well equipped. Quiet, good on the freeway, super cozy. The 3 hour drive home was great & I could’ve kept going. I feel like the Lacrosse is an upgrade for the price range.
Our 2015 Buick LaCrosse is a beautiful car, and it's exceptional for long-haul driving. We have had it two years now, bought it used (only one other owner), and couldn't be happier with it.
Saves on gas
Hybrid has minimum trunk space.
My Buick Lacrosse is awesome! It’s a hybrid, thus batteries take up trunk space. I wanted to buy a new one, they are no longer made. I look forward to the next lineup of luxury electric sedans.
