Positive Review
I just purchased a 2005 LaCrosse, one owner and 35K. The comfort, quiet and handling are superb! I like the fact that it doesn't have the GPS, Back-Up camera and DVD player. The car has all of the bells and whistles I need. I previously owned a Subaru and a BMW and got very tired of all the expensive maintenance. I am looking forward to driving an American Car that has a timing chain and not a timing belt to worry about. I meticulously maintain my cars and look forward to getting at least 150K or more from this car.
Critical Review
Car looks great, but definitely needs work. Have had the car a little over a year, and have had it in for computer work twice. Had to reprogram it once and put a new one in the second time. Have had it in for tranny work 3 times. Last time they had to replace the valve body. Third time is to probably re-do the last work. Replaced the belt tensioner twice, and is squeeking again, Everything is under warranty, but too much major work in less than 26K miles.

I own a 2007 Buick lacrosse the only thing I have to really have a problem about this car is it eats a lot of gas a lot of gas and the side mirrors on both sides of the car are to large and makes bad BLIND spots you have to be looking over top of mirrors and around the side of them big balky large mirrors they need not be that much of a mirrors really other than that it's a great riding car with 4 cup holders that really holds your drinks really great and I'm 6'2 tall and it has plenty of head and leg room sitting in front and back seats and a really smooth driving car that has so much power being a really fast car that goes from 0 to 60 in 8 seconds or lesser time and you looking to buy you a really great awesome car? That's the car for you that you will really be loving owning this car TRUST ME FOLKS YOU WILL BE REALLY HAPPY OWNING THIS MAKE AND MODEL OF A CAR I KNOW I CAN SAY I REALLY LOVE THIS CAR
My mother owns and the car has been very dependable. She loves it as well and refuses to replace it.
The 2007 Buick LaCrosse has been a great car. I have enjoyed the comfort of driving it. I love the heated seats, the CD Player that a lot of new cars do not have. Also, I have enjoyed the automatic start on a cold day. It has a sun roof that does not leak and power windows. The back seat pulls down so that you have extra space in the trunk for storage. The air conditioner works and so does the heater.
Good car when properly taken care of
Back seat leg room is small
I’ve had my Lacrosse for 5 years and put about 65k miles in my ownership. Has 176 miles on it currently. I change the oil every 3k miles sometimes sooner. I plan on keeping the car as long as I can. The car gets compliments. The red with the chrome wheels really makes it pop. I’ve had some people confuse it for the Lacrosse super. It has never broke down on me. I’ve had mostly every wear items replaced. It does leak oil like every old car. My car is the CXS with the LY7 3.6 engine. It’s not the fastest car but does pick up speed decently. The transmission does have irregular shift sometimes. Will probably need a rebuild down the road.
Easy on gas
Excellent car, new transmission, newer engine, 4door family car , tinted on all windows, great stereo
Reliable
Great condition, immaculate interior, moonroof, Traction Sensor. Replaced struts, suspension, rack
Comfort, Cost to own, and Reliability
None
I wish they still made a comparable vehicle. Bought new 16 years ago and have had no serious costs, just brakes, tires, a couple bulbs and fluid changes. Leather interior like new and very comfortable. There has just never been a reason to replace it.
