"Great Compact Luxury SUV"

Researched 6 different competing compact luxury SUVs. Kept coming back to the Buick Envision Avenir. It looks great, descent gas mileage, nice interior, has quiet tuning and rides well. All at a lower price than the German alternatives. Built on a Cadillac XT4 frame and suspension with enhancements. It also received the Cadillac 2.0 L Turbo engine and 9 speed transmission that always puts the engine in the sweet spot of its torque curve. Also uses regular gas. A pleasure to drive. Buick hit a home run with this car.

"Buick Envision good and bad"

The fuel injectors had to be replaced at 45000 miles and are not covered by powertrain warranty. The car is very noisy inside. Space is good compared to other csuvs. Gas mileage avg us 25 mph after 45,000 miles. Buicks warranty is a real consideration to not buy another buick compared to Kia or hyandai. Also, the Envision is manufactured 100 percent in China. That's a negative for future purchases for us.

This ain't your Grandparents Buick!

We just bought our 2025 Buick Envision and are so in love with this SUV. It rides like a Sedan, the Bose sound system is incredible, but most of all, the Driver's Assistance technology is in a class by itself. NO OTHER VEHICLE IN IT'S CLASS OR EVEN ABOUVE HAS A 30" WIDE DIGITAL DASHBOARD. Being able to put the map under the steering wheel, along with the Head's up display is an incredible game changer to being able to keep your eyes on the road, yet know where your next turn or freeway change needs to be without looking away. So happy!

Best car ever

I recently got behind the wheel of the 2024 Buick Envision Preferred, and I have to say—it’s exactly what I needed for North Dakota’s unpredictable weather. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly smooth and quiet the ride is. With the wind howling outside and the road covered in a fresh layer of snow, the all-wheel drive (AWD) kicked in effortlessly, giving me the confidence to drive without worrying about slipping or losing control best part yet its soooooo prettty

Love my Envision

Great ride, quiet, comfortable, with all the latest and greatest technology. The adaptive cruise is amazing, the heads-up display includes navigation, the digital dashboard is really well done, and nice touches like heated steering wheel, I can even open my garage or arm my security with the build-in Alexa app. I was about to budget 60k for a cool high tech SUV but the Envision had everything I wanted to 20K less.

Dissapointed

Poor Quality From Buick

I recently downsized from a Buick Enclave to a new 2024 Envision ST, and as someone who has been buying cars for over 40 years, I have to say this has been the worst automobile purchase I have ever made. The Enclave was one of the best vehicles I've ever owned, but the Envision is a complete disappointment. It doesn’t even come close to the quality that Buick used to represent. Instead, this car feels cheaply made and poorly assembled—just a shadow of the Buicks I once knew. I’ve owned the Envision for less than five weeks, yet it’s already spent nearly three of those weeks in the shop. As of yesterday, the dealership informed me it would need to stay there for another one to two weeks. And keep in mind—this is a brand-new car. With issues like missing paint on the roof, a dead battery, and broken interior trim, the biggest flaw is the unbearable road noise. Around town, it’s manageable, but during an 11-hour road trip with my wife (a trip we’ve taken more than 50 times in various cars), the noise at highway speeds was overwhelming. It was so loud that we had to give up trying to have a conversation, and by the end of the trip, we were miserable. It’s a sharp-looking car, but that is where anything positive about it ends. In short, this car is terrible. I strongly advise against purchasing the 2024 Envision ST. Buick should be ashamed to release such a low-quality product.

Love love love!
Pros

comfort, reliability and the way it drives

Cons

cost

I have driven Buicks for years, previously Regals and once they were discontinued Envisions. I have a 2022 Envision with the sport package and it drives so nice! Buicks always drive nice. You feel like you are in a luxury vehicle without buying a luxury vehicle. I recommend these all day!

Pros

Quiet Cabin, Luxury at affordable price,

Cons

None

I purchased a 2021 Satin Steel Buick Envision Avenir AWD in March 2021. It has been a pleasure to drive and the cabin is so quiet. Very impressed the way it absorbs bumps and gives the feeling of driving much bigger car. It has many safety features that give me security. The cameras are top notch with excellent coverage. I see why Buick sells a high percentage of its vehicles to women. This vehicle is not a sports car or a vehicle that I will take off-roading. Its was purchased for luxury at an affordable price with attractive styling.
