When we saw the original Enclave in 2007 we immediately knew we had outgrown the series of minivans we had owned because we loved the way it looked. We owned a 2008 Enclave, replaced it with a 2012 Enclave and replaced that with our 2018 Buick Avenir Enclave. The Avenir is a great leap upwards in terms of driveability, quality, luxury and, most importantly, safety. The Avenir-specific interior is gorgeous in burgundy/brown and the pepperdust exterior changes color depending on the lighting. It is incredibly quiet; much more than the 2012. The interior seems more spacious and the quality of the materials is higher: in the luxury category, IMHO. We went for the Avenir level since its the only way to get automatic braking. The AWD system is also different at this level. We can switch off the AWD and drive in FWD most of the time which saves (87 octane) gas. Finally, in comparison with other 3-row suvs. Its much less expensive than the Volvo, Audi and BMW yet offers more (complex and) complete technology. (I wont consider a VW...theyre not honest!) Its a beautiful vehicle that makes us smile when we drive it!

Good no problem v-6 engine interior is good, and never been accident alway in garage red in color 62000 miles
All the bells and whisles of high priced compeitors

My wife was in an accident with our 2022 that totaled the car but saved her life, so she wanted another just in case. We loved our 2012 so we bought a 2022 after looking and driving many cars. My father-in-law is a Ford employee so we drove an Explorer, the ride was nowhere near the Buick.
Spacious yet stylish. It’s a beast. It can haul almost as much as a truck.
Electrical
I have had my enclave for 5 years and absolutely love everything about it except for the electrical problems. It went haywire on me one day and it’s never been the same. Also, be sure to keep up with any and all recalls.

I get fully loaded vehicles. I thought I did with the top of the line new 2023 buick envision avenir. Discovered later 1) does not have folding mirrors 2) no lumbar support feature (forget power, not even manual). Which hair brained engineer or person at buick decided not to have these features, especially lumbar support which most other fully loaded vehicles do?
Cost, performance, 300+ HP, tons of room

Although a larger vehicle it handles beautifully, hugs the road and can really move, too. There is plenty of interior space and the adjustable seat completes the feel of driving a car rather than an SUV/crossover. The extra row of seats has been an unexpected bonus as well as the storage space when they’re dropped down. No problem getting the kids off to college.
Road manners are great, roomy, good mpg

I have a Chevy Volt for city driving… used 4 gals of gas last year… 98% all elec driving. My Enclave is a road car. The 121” wheelbase makes a difference on the road. It’s a roomy comfortable 4300lb vehicle that gets up to 28mpg and has 310hp! And I think it’s the best looking mid sized SUV. The best looking interior that is clean looking and functional not just a jumble of buttons like I’ve seen in much more expensive vehicles. The only other SUV that I feel has a better ride is the Suburban or Tahoe. Of course the Caddy versions too. I keep my vehicles 10yrs or more … another reason the Buick is superior… galvanized 18ga steel body and stainless steel exhaust and alloy wheels are just a few advantages. I feel the Enclave is the best for the money.
