Replaces a larger Mercedes SUV for this vehicle. Very comfortable, good gas mileage for small SUV. Have the 4 cyl. turbo, and acceleration is excellent. Transmission has eco, comfort and sport settings. No delay and performs great.

Love this car! It's stylish, reliable, great fuel conservation and very spacious inside. I often times look outside in my driveway and simply marvel at the beautifully concepted vehicle I own.
Fun to drive, roomy trunk, awesome road trips

Have yet to have any work except for routine maintenance done on this vehicle! All hwy miles due to traveling for work as a nurse. Roomy, classy, sporty and luxury all in one. Also, there is only 1 other like it in Colorado and I believe it’s white. The uniqueness is the color of the interior which is COGNAC
The car has been great to me to 52,000 miles. No complaints at all or any major mechanical issues!!..

I have had a BMW sedan before. The X4 surprised the heck out of me. Ride was comfortable and felt tight in a good way. Seats are comfortable. And space is better than reviews claimed. I was looking for a vehicle that was more than a sedan and less than a full size SUV. It is perfect. I like it better than the Audi A3. And was able to adjust quickly to the entertainment,audio system. Great vehicle for those looking to step down from the Typical SUV.

“Leather” seats don’t seem like leather.
I came into this car after owning an X3 that I absolutely love. I loved that one so much that I kept it instead of trading it in. The X4 exceeds all my wishes AND expectations in a car. I prefer it to my X3. First of all, if you have a need for speed and quick acceleration, there is no engine like a BMW engine. Range Rover. Mercedes and Audi are all slugs in comparison. This one Doesn’t even require premium gas!!!!!! Very comfortable and quiet ride. The cabin is much quieter than the X3. The ride is super smooth— even on rough terrain. That might be owing to the super premium tires. I love the tires which reinflate when I drive over a nail. They are costly to replace but that is the most expensive maintenance costs so far. The oil changes run about $100 but who can complain if that is the only regular maintenance? Trunk closes with a push of a button. The only flaw I see is the seats are a different material than my old X3,; they claim it is leather but it I must be a composite because it retains the summer heat. It can burn your hands to touch the steering wheel or seats after leaving in the sun. This X4 is a Princess and should be garaged anyway

Love this car, Have had it for about a month now. I was afraid that it would be terrible on gas. Im getting between 22 and 23 MPG. The suspension can be a little stiff at times. This stiffness is what makes it handle well. Its all BMW and I am happy with my purchase.
