This is the most incredible car I have ever owned, with 450hp and over 400ft. lbs. of torque it is a beast. It's faster than just about anything you'll ever see and is rock solid. It's AWD quattro system is flawless and it is a very safe famlily car w/front and rear air bags. It is relatively understated and is just plain classy...With only 860 brought to the U.S. it is also quite rare. Prices have come down considerably since new. It has a sport suspension that I personally like but could be a little stiff for others. This is the one car everyone should own before they die....

Power/Handling/Styling and the V8 Twin turbo noise
Expensive maintenance ( They last 200k plus)
Great handling and power, high quality interior and exterior. As a daily vehicle might be bit a lot of a gas guzzler , but as a weekend car its an amazing choice. Quattro is a beast in snow! Maintenance and aftermarket upgrades are hard to source and bit expensive. Be ready to spend about 1k for 2 front rotors and pads, timing is upwards of 4k. If you buy this car i guarantee you will drive it with smile on your face. This was once a 80k car! It would outcompete the same age AMG Mercedes and M BMW.. Great in snow. Wont loose traction easily which makes it super fun around sharp corners. Just a tube and your over 500hp easily

0-60 mph in 4.6 seconds. Incredibly fast and so much fun to drive. Very comfortable with lots of extras like powered moving seats, powered telescopic steering wheel, heated seats and steering wheel, navigation, Bose sound system. Great car to have. I love it.

Simple, if anyone can find this baby with low millage and a pocket fitting price. Buy it. That's all I got to say.
Where else can you find a family sedan that outruns most Corvettes, yet carries the kids and their equipment to softball practice? Accelerates like a demon, stops on a dime, corners like a cat and rides like a dream. My wife is afraid to drive this car - "you can tell that it WANTS to go fast."
excellent car; understated; great engine/exhaust sound; perfect in winter; plenty of room for the family...... I've been approached by a number of strangers, received many compliments.....this is an uncommon car on our streets........
So, a year later and almost 10k miles of real world driving, just about everything said of this incredible car is true. I have had the odd check engine light (which proved to be a loose gas cap) and brake light (which proved to be a loose sensor wire) come on. But after a full year of ownership I am even more impressed with this car. It really is everything you want in a high performance luxury sedan. Right now, besides an AMG E55 I don't know if there is a better car for the money. I have put new 2009 RS6 rims on and they look terrific. My next upgrade will be the exhaust. My car qualifies for the suspension recall and will receive a new suspension in the next month. Happy motoring!!
