Positive Review
Traded (reluctantly) my 2018 Panamera 4s for the new Audi A7, my second A7. Like the Panamera, I love the “utility” value afforded by the hatchback. With the Prestige level trim package, this car is extremely quiet. It is sneaky fast and very smooth, altogether a different experience than the similar Porsche. Very comfortable seating and high quality interior. MMI user interface definitely takes time to learn and unfortunately in these COVID times, the dealer is unable to offer much in-car familiarization experience. Overall, a very nice car.
Critical Review
BRAND NEW 2021 Audi A7e broke down after only 823 miles and less than 3 weeks of ownership. It had to be towed into a dealership and wait several weeks for a part from Germany. While the vehicle looks beautiful and drove nicely (when it worked), I have lost all confidence in Audi's Quality Control and Reliability. This is completely unacceptable. It would have been a bit more tolerable had Audi authentically cared when I reached out to them, but they just kept quoting their only responsibility was to repair a car for standard period of 4 years or 50k miles, which they did. They were not concerned in the least nor were they empathetic whatsoever. It's bad enough that their vehicle failed me, but when Audi treated this situation as coldly and as if it was in the same category of a vehicle that had been first been driven for a reasonable period of time before having such a major problem, they lost me.

Styling, performance and comfort
Ride is a little compromised with the 21" wheels.
I have owned a 2018 Audi A8L turbo V8, 2012 Audi A6, 2019 Audi A5 cabriolet and also currently own the 2020 Audi Q5 and a 2008 Audi A4 (with 70k miles). I have to say the 2019 Audi A7 Prestige is a real pleasure to drive and own! Mines has the 21" wheel package as well as the sport suspension and drivers assistance package. It gives me about 21mpg city and having aken it on the road I'm getting 29mpg highway. It is comfortable (although not as comfortable as my A8) quick and a really beautifully styled vehicle. I have had the alternator replaced under waranty but besides that, no problems. It is the quintessential Audi and I highly recommend snagging one if you can find a clean example to buy!
Very confused and disappointed. After giving all the car information i still didn’t get an exact amount offer. Too many ads in between leads to confusions.
Lots of fun!
Extraordinary quiet engine is both a pro and a con
Most beautiful car in this class. It is distinctive, dignified and extremely sporty. All systems function well and it's low end torque is a very satisfying feature!
Audi makes it difficult when you have documentation from the dealer to resolve the problem!!!! Service manager at dealership has been extremely helpful. He is equally as frustrated!
Quiet, luxurious, great cargo space.
Needs a “Sport+” setting for engine/suspension.

Looks, performance, ultra luxurious, tech, roomy
Sticker price, maintenance costs, interior storage
I’ve been a Lexus owner for 15 years. 3 different cars and lived them all. I’ve switched to Audi and love the A7 prestige. It’s roomy, full of great tech, has amazing performance and is simply a great looking car. They’ve added double pain glass so these are super quiet cars. No rattles. Just a gorgeous car that is loaded with features. Not inexpensive, but a sweet ride!
Looks nice and capable of driving well.
Very unreliable and cold response from Audi "Care"
