If you are leasing your Audi, you will likely choose to have your car or SUV repaired by a factory authorized dealer to maintain the integrity of your vehicle.
Training
Audi-trained repair technicians use factory approved and certified repair techniques to achieve the original degree of safety that was present while the vehicle was new. Technicians receive training through Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR) training facilities and are certified in the fields of Audi vehicle construction materials, automotive foams, aluminum handling, replacement of steel unitized structures and more.
Loan car policy
Audi Care and Audi Care Select subscribers may receive rental reimbursement according to plan parameters. Regular customers of an individual dealer may offer loaner cars for certain repairs, if available.
In addition, eligible customers may receive complimentary towing via Audi Roadside Assistance to one of 160 authorized collision repair facilities in the U.S.
Collision repairs
If you need collision repairs, look for a member of the Audi-authorized Collision Repair Network. These facilities have invested in special tooling and equipment to complete their work. They are certified according to their level of capabilities. They will use Audi Genuine Parts which are engineered, manufactured and tested to restore the structural integrity back to your vehicle. These capabilities include the ability to work with specialized materials like carbon fiber, high-strength steel and aluminum, which require special handling. Models like the Q7 will require an Audi Authorized Hybrid Construction Collision Repair facility, while the Audi R8 with its advanced carbon fiber and aluminum materials, should be serviced at a facility with Audi Authorized Ultra Advanced Materials certification.
Repairs will include a limited 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on all Audi Genuine Parts. There is a limited lifetime warranty on paint repairs through OEM paint suppliers.
