2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Rockford Fosgate Edition sounds off

Although the Mitsubishi Mirage will be sitting out the 2016 model year, the 5-door hatch is getting a new value-oriented package to tide it over until the restyled 2017 model goes on sale earlynext year. Cranking up the aural excitement and the standard feature set while maintaining an attractive price, the 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Rockford Fosgate Edition gets its name from a custom sound system that includes a 300-watt Class-D ecoPunch amp with full Digital Signal Processing and a bespoke subwoofer setup designed to let passengers literally feel the music.

Based on the Mirage DE, the other key enhancements on this Rockford Fosgate remix include a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel with audio controls, Bluetooth phone system and streaming audio, cruise control, alloy wheels and special badging. Pricing for the 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage Rockford Fosgate Edition starts at $15,755.
