You'll Like This Car If...
If you want a hand-built, lightweight, hard-core performance car akin to the no-longer-available Lotus Elise, check out the Alfa Romeo 4C. Thanks to its turbocharged 4-cylinder engine and tidy size, this 2-seater appeals to those who appreciate the less-is-more mantra.
You May Not Like This Car If...
From its noisy and cramped interior to bad sightlines to lack of power steering, the new Alfa Romeo 4C takes commitment and is about as far from comfortable as you can get. If you want a performance car that you can also appreciate as a daily driver, get a Porsche 718 Boxster or Cayman, a Jaguar F-Type or, well, anything else. Those rivals also offer a manual transmission.
