If you’re looking for a modern compact-luxury SUV with high fuel-economy figures or a hybrid powertrain, the Lexus NX or diesel-powered BMW X3 xDrive28d might be better options. Those looking for a rugged off-road SUV should look to either Land Rover or Jeep.
